Cari took us for a ride on the other side of First Lake. Saw a well-dressed wedding party and a kid's party. My GCC tracker exaggerates and said we biked 36 km. Lol More like 13. But it all adds up.
Year 6 of the Great Cycle Challenge and another year aged. My right knee has been an issue since I was 15. Yay, the Spares family knee. Could use a spare instead.
