    For some reason I’m still not getting MMR app to sync up with GCC app. Posted it below and added manually. Realized I’m in better shape than I thought. Going to start riding to work when I can!

    Got a nice starter ride with my hubby and best friend. Only 95km to go and a great partner to ride with.
