For anyone noticing my km haven’t started yet don’t worry! Two main reasons:
1. I am camping this week and traditionally don’t get out much the first week of the challenge for this reason!
2. I’m nursing an ongoing IT band injury from running and decided to give my hip/knee a full rest time to recover properly - have spent the week doing lots of paddling instead - too bad I can’t count those km! Knee is feeling much better and ready to go next week
I’ll be out putting those km in soon, 555km here we come!
