Sticking With It

Getting my breathing in sync has been a challenge for me. What keeps me going is the much bigger fight of their lives kids with cancer have. Today (8/15) trying to avoid getting caught in a thunderstorm. Gradually I‘ve been trying to increase my distance. So far so good. What used to be an easy weekend roll, is now a personal goal for me to achieve. Adding all these Cape Breton hills hasn’t helped! 😁It certainly is helping to build character - I think.
