Taking the weekend off for Mariannas Trench was the right call. Riding the double loop after the bad knee popped and twisted... probably not the wisest choice. We'll see...🤣 off to stretch and ice.
Had to make a stop on the NS, so why not add it to the morning route?😃
On the 9th ride, I tried upping the resistance. My knees are obviously not there yet. Had to take yesterday off. Today, instead of adding resistance, I did the loop twice to start catching up. It seems to have worked better. I'll do this again Sat. Then ride with Dad on Monday if I can get him up early enough.
Rainy day and an important kiddo meeting today. So I'm using the machine and will do a second ride later today.
Did both loops of Mac Island today. Tec failed so used info from Mac webpage and Srava measure to the Island.
So apparently I was adding everything I to a defunct account. I've been able to adjust the ride distance for the one that was over.
Thank you to the amazing people at GCc who figured everything out. I would have hated losing all those km.
Realized yesterday that I can't math after riding and before hydration. Today's actual total was 6.65 took off 0.5 today and will take a full km off my next ride and then it will be even.
Switched up my route to see what that would do. When I stopped for water before heading home, the app stopped tracking 😑 Good thing I can do simple math! 😃
Oh yeah, reminder to myself, don't ride and then kayak that far again on the same day. Wait until your abs have returned first!🤣🤣🤣
