As many of you know, we had an accident on a sleigh ride in February, where we were thrown from the ride and I suffered a concussion and neck injury. Since I couldn’t go to the gym anymore, my awesome hubby decided it was time to create a space where we can work out and the kids can play, as I recover at my own pace. The space is finally ready and I’ve been enjoying a good spin session almost daily for the past week now! Hoping this will help me reach my goal - this 500km is for me as much as for this challenge.. to prove to myself that I’ve still got this!
