15 km along the MVA Trail and then stopped on Broadway for a beer and food

4km more to get home

Hot day 90F 🥵 but managed a solid 18km

Day 1 - August 1

Day one went out at 4pm in 29c/88F heat but decided I had to get as many KM as I could with whatever energy I had. 25.73 km and feel good about that
