They say everyone needs a hobby. I needed a full-blown escape.
These days, my escape comes on two wheels—with a purpose.
On weekends, I average 30km rides, my own personal therapy sessions.
Each pedal stroke is a reset.
During the week, I ride 10km to work, weather permitting—because movement is my medicine.
This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about focus, freedom, and fighting for something bigger.
Every ride I take is also a ride for the Great Cycle Challenge, helping fight kids’ cancer.
Every crank turn, every drop of sweat—it all adds up.
After each ride, me and the bike both get washed—like a weekend ritual.
Reset. Reload. Ride again.
Let’s keep moving. Let’s keep giving. Let’s keep fighting.
