Very hot today, but still had a wonderful ride down to Port Dover. Met up with friends on Callahan’s beach patio for lunch. Starting to realize that ice cream is playing a key role in my biking adventures this summer, stopped at Pickards on the way home for a cup of Kawartha’s Moose Tracks. Yum 😋
Great ride today on a busy trail! Longest ride so far this month at 40 km, but a s’more ice cream sundae at the Windmill Country Market made it all worthwhile 🤣

Rode my bike over to Pittock Conservation Area this morning to participate in yoga in the park. Thanks Esther for inviting me! So much fun with seagull joining us, Canada Geese making noise on the sidelines and a chipmunk 🐿️ watching us from the picnic table 🤣
Had a lovely bike ride on the TVP tonight, nice breeze made it very comfortable. And of course, stopping at District Ice Cream was the highlight🍦
Had a great ride around Hamilton this morning, especially on the waterfront and seeing the HMCS Haida. Thank you Hamilton, for the wonderful bike lanes downtown that kept us riders safe! 👏 23 km completed today!
