Growing up, I never thought about the impact of cancer until 2015 it changed my life. I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma cancer in my right leg. Cancer is unforgiving and does not discriminate. Cancer does not see age, gender, race, ethnicity or any other social location. This disease has impacted so many families and children around the world.

My hope is to raise awareness about childhood cancer and the importance of support, strength and courage during the cancer journey. This August 2022, I am participating in the Great Cycle Challenge - Ride to Fight Kids Cancer to support Sick Kids Foundation to continue to do the wonderful work they do in efforts to find better treatments and improve quality of care.
