August 2024 goal: 800km

From August 9 2021:

My goal is to ride 620km in August (20km each day :)

The Great Cycle Challenge Canada is a Sick Kids Foundation event. ALL funds raised go to supporting treatments and cures for childhood cancer.

We're all still navigating this weird year, and for me, cycling keeps the mind and body clear and connected.

Being able to ride and raise funds is a privilege. I'm grateful to be able to ride when I want where I want. Not everyone has a bike; a body, mind or spirit that is able to bike; the time to ride; a neighbourhood with space and clean air to bike in; a phone that can upload things like distance travelled, or spare dollars to donate for that matter.

If donating isn't an option, please think of doing something that brings health to yourself,  another, or the planet. Any support you provide is amazing and appreciated!
