My Story

I'm back for year 6!

Hello dear family, friends, supporters both old and new,

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

For this event, all participants set a distance goal and a fundraising goal. This year, my goal is to ride 1,000 kilometres between August 1 to 31. To give you some perspective, take a second and think (or google) how far you travel to and from work each day. 1,000km will be no small feat, but I'm motivated by the fact that over the last 5 years, generous supporters like you have donated nearly $35,000.00 in support of me and the cause.
