My Story
There’s something different about riding long distances.
After a while, it’s not about the kilometres.
It’s about clarity.
The noise drops.
The excuses fade.
What’s left is simple: keep moving.
Last year, I rode 1,000 km for the Great Cycle Challenge.
It stretched me more than I expected — physically and mentally. But it showed me something important:
We’re capable of more than we think.
This year, I’m going further.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because I’m trying to prove something.
But because there are kids fighting battles they didn’t choose.
They don’t get recovery days.
They don’t get to “skip a ride.”
They just keep showing up.
So I will too.
Every kilometre this August is for them.
If you feel called to support — whether it’s $5, $50, or just sharing this — it matters more than you think.
Let’s turn effort into impact.
