That will make the distance challenge for this month a real challenge but I will do it a bit at a time.”

My cycling goal of 200kms was made even harder last wednesday as I ended up injuring both knees (horribly installed new cleats on new cycling shoes BY ME). I have had to cut back both my hiking and niking activities to give the knees time to recover however I am determined to make my distance goal of 200kms. TY again and keep posting your rides. You and Lisa are real leaders”

My cycling goal of 200kms was made even harder last wednesday as I ended up injuring both knees (horribly installed new cleats on new cycling shoes BY ME).
