This August, I am hoping to ride 300km** in the Great (month-long) Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

This is important because right now, more kids in Canada lose their lives to cancer than any other disease - 4 children die of cancer every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

**(I honestly have no idea how far I'll be able to ride throughout the whole month of August. Through high school, university, and the start of my Engineering career, I used to ride regularly. But I only get on my bike a couple times per year with the kids nowadays. I did 6 or 8 warm-up rides in July, and now it's time for the challenge. My target is about 10km per day, or 300km total. Maybe I will only get 100km total. Maybe I will average 20 or 30 or even 50km per day, and get 1000km or more through August.)
