This is my little fighter who keeps going everyday to have a normal life after 2 medulloblastoma. On the picture, he is voluntering at St-Vincent Kitchen for homeless people. He has a big heart🥰 My young adult just turned 18 last month and he is going to college in September. He will be facing new challenges but nothing he can't overcome with the support of his family and community! Never forget, he is a cancer survivor...let him lives his Dreams!

My Story

This August will mark my 6th year taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? My son is a brain tumor cancer survivor and I know many other families did not have the same happy ending as us. Each year, I ride to raise money for research and for Sick Kids Foundation to keep their programs and cheer up the warrior and their family while fighting this terrible disease.

Also, a cancer survivor has to learn how to overcome his new reality and rehab after a brain tumor.

While our family lived at Sick Kids during my son's treatment, I was heart broken to see all the pain these little fighters have to go through. Surgery, chemo, radiation and rehab.

So, I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Sick Kids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
