I'm Riding For
Every family facing Cancer!
My Story
I am now entering my 7th year participating! I'm a two-time cancer survivor and am continuing my journey with my own treatments every 4 weeks! So this ride means so much to me! No child should have to face cancer! It's why I ride! I want to be a part of helping to find an end to cancer and to help kids and their families along the way!
Please, make a donation today! Lets find an end together!

My Challenge
-
Starting my 7th Year!
26 Feb 2025Many of you have been following my journey since 2019, but some are new to my page!
Here is a bit of history:
2014 - diagnosed with breast cancer. (required surgery, radiation and 5 years of medication)
2019 - 3 weeks prior to ending the 5 year medication plan, Breast cancer in my other breast. This time it required Chemo, double mastectomy, radiation, repair surgery and treatments every 4 weeks for life!
2023 - Developed Rheumatoid Arthritis - still battling today to get control of it as medications between cancer and RA don't play well together.
2025 - Even with all you read above, I am still bound and determined to ride and fundraise for the kids!
Ways to donate: I've tried to make it as easy as possible, giving options on how people can donate.
1) You can visit my page anytime to make a donation!
2) Etransfer to me, and I will make a donation for you. (I need details from you so you can received the tax receipt)
3) Cash donations are always welcome. (if you would like a tax receipt, again, I will need info)
This last one is a BIG one!
4) Bottle and can collecting! Yes, this makes a huge difference! I collect bottles and cans to be returned to the Beer Store and turn that into a cash donation. This is actually a big chunk of my donations. I have people who come to me and drop off at my home. I have stopped at businesses to pick up from them. And I have even gone to a friend's home and collected from people on their street who wish to donate!
If you are interested in having an event, consider this as a way to help with making a sizable dontation. One empty beer can is worth $0.10 and a bottle is worth $0.20. It sounds like such a small amount, but it adds up quickly!
The biggest takeaway, whether you donate money, bottles and cans, or if you decide to participate in the ride! There is a way we can all work together to help make a difference in the lives of these kids! Lets find a way to end cancer TOGETHER! ❤
