I'm Riding For
Hind Rajab

Hind Rajab was only six years old, yet her story shook the world. Trapped in a car in Gaza with the bodies of her family, she spent her final hours on the phone, whispering fear and hope, begging to be saved. Israeli soldiers fired 355 bullets at her car, killing Hind, her relative, and the paramedics who tried to rescue her. Hind should have been playing, laughing, and dreaming of her future—not hunted and left to die. Her voice has become a haunting symbol of the innocence stolen by war, of the countless children whose names we may never know, children facing terror instead of toys, rubble instead of playgrounds. I ride in Hind’s memory, carrying her light forward. Though her life was cut tragically short, her voice will never be silenced. Hind reminds us why we must fight for a world where every child is safe, protected, and free to simply be a child. May her memory inspire action, compassion, and the courage to protect all little lives.
My Story
This August, I’m riding 500 km in the Great Cycle Challenge in memory of Hind Rajab to fight kids’ cancer.
Every year, over 1,700 children in Canada are diagnosed with cancer—the #1 disease killer of kids. They deserve to live life, not fight for it.
I’m riding to raise funds for SickKids Foundation, helping develop better treatments and search for a cure.
Your donation, in Hind’s memory, can bring hope, save little lives, and give kids the bright futures they deserve.
Thank you for supporting my ride and these brave children. 💛
