My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! This will be my 6th year taking part.
Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Kick Cancer’s Butt Day
15 Aug 2024I would like to Thank You again for your donation during my great cycle challenge. 14 days have been completed and I have already reached my fundraising goal and only 106 kms from my riding goal, but the challenge continues for the rest of August with more funds being raised and more kms being biked.
Kick Cancer’s Butt Day was a huge success across Canada, including on my page, thanks to many of you. In fact, you donated $1375 and the portion matched ended up being 67% for an extra $922. My total yesterday was $2297, so awesome 💜. Since total donations across Canada yesterday exceeded 1.3M, in fact 1.94M, the match worked out to be 0.67.
