My Story

27 May 2025

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! This is my third year raising money for this great cause! Sick Kids saved the life of my daughter when she was two. Although she didn't have cancer, I still support this great hospital and this great cause to fight kids cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising $2500 through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

    Well, it’s day 2 I’ve completed over 49 km. I’m 1/15th the way to my goal. This year is starting out great! Can’t wait to crush last year’s fundraising goal and hit $2500. Thank you to all my supporters, I couldn’t do this without you!
