My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! Cancer has entered my family once again. In the Cancer Clinic in Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario, there is often a bell sound when a person completes a cancer treatment; there are different sounds for adults and children,. Let's see what we can do towards eliminating the need for those bells by supporting cancer research for everyone.

Right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am cycling a minimum of 300 km this August to raise funds to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
