I'm Riding For
Walter Wilde, Tyler Evans
Whether its a family member, a friend or a beautiful little girl that has captured my heart, cancer hurts and we need to find a cure! My big brother lost his fight against cancer last March and Tyler is no longer with us. I just heard of another 19 month old little girl who is fighting hard and has a long battle ahead of her. This is why we ride! This is why we try to make a difference. Our hearts are hurting but we will continue to ride for a cure.
My Story
This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
