This August, my kids and I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer once again.

Why? We think it's a great cause to raise awareness and funds for. Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. To show our support we will be committing to biking at least 150 km in August. The three older kids and myself will each be biking 150 km for a total of 600 km! For all the children out there that are stuck in a hospital some where.

So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
