Again this August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to improve treatment fot kids' cancer because unfortunately, as many as 1,700 children in Canada are newly diagnosed each year.

The stories of children in my community who have made their way bravely through difficult treatments continue to inspire me. I ride so all their journeys to wellness will be better supported.

More applied research in Canada will improve access to the latest scientific advances, diagnostic tools, therapies and supportive care for all kids dealing with cancer.
