My Story

For the fifth year, this August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer it's the biggest killer of children.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

  • CHALLENGE OF CHALLENGES

    One of the things I like most about this challenge is the reminder that it’s just a small sample of life. Every day, we face challenges and situations that, depending on how we address them, help us grow as individuals. We also have the opportunity to inspire those around us and leave a lasting legacy. With this GCC, all the riders and sponsors are united in the mission to leave a legacy of beating kids’ cancer, impacting not only Canada but the entire world. Many will benefit from the research being done at SickKids.

    Thank you very much for supporting me and this beautiful cause. I’m in the final stretch of this year’s challenge, and I won’t stop until I reach my 2024 goal.

  • 5 year LEGACY - the power of TEAM WORK

    This year marks a great milestone: a five-year legacy of supporting this great cause. None of this would be possible without the continuous support of family, friends, and colleagues who not only give their money but also their time and emotional support. They never let us stall but encourage us to give all we've got to reach what is now our mutual month of August challenge. Similarly, the multiplier effect of the team behind me every step of the way is what is being accomplished by the SickKids Foundation in our fight to beat cancer in children. Not only in Canada but around the world, many doctors will save lives because of their research and findings. Let's keep rolling super strong for the entire month of August and kick cancer's butt!
