My Story

I have signed up for the 2024 Great Cycle Challenge and am riding this August to fight kids' cancer!

Iโ€™m excited (and a little nervous!) to announce that Iโ€™ll be taking on a 1000 km ride challenge to raise funds for kids bravely fighting cancer. This journey is about more than just the milesโ€”it's about supporting young warriors who show incredible strength and resilience every day. It will not be easy, and it will take over my weekends and my life. Hmmm, I probably should have thought a bit more about what I was getting myself into. ๐Ÿ˜€

๐–๐ก๐ฒ ๐ˆ'๐ฆ ๐‘๐ข๐๐ข๐ง๐ :

Cancer is a tough battle, especially for children. It is the largest killer of children from disease in Canada - over 1,700 children are diagnosed every year, and 4 children die every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

All funds raised will support SickKids Foundation to provide care, develop treatments and find a cure for childhood cancers to save little lives.
